The location was perfect as Puerto Mogan was the best place that we visied on the island.
The apartment met all our requirements though the double bedroom was rather cramped but OK for a week.
The choice of television channels was very limited for British viewers, it would have been nice to have a UK news channel.
An easy walk into Playa de Mogan, very close to the bus station. Nice large pool with plenty of sun loungers and good views of the resort and was never busy.
Lovely apartment in a wonderful town. Everything was as the photos showed and we (as a family of 4) were very happy with the apartment. Lovely size balcony for meals and enough space inside for us too. The pool was warm but we didn't use if often and it was only between 10am - 7pm and we were usually out then, or just back from the beach, which was just down the road, so a perfect location. We will be back!

Firstly, the owners. Excellent service. Responded very quickly to emails, bookings, payments or just general enquiries. They organised our transfers to/from the airport which arrived promptly. They contacted us as soon as we landed to ensure we had been picked up and to make sure someone was at the apartment to meet us with a key and show us round.
The apartment itself was very nice. Located on the third (top) floor, accessed by lift or stairs. Clean and well equipped. The first bedroom has twin beds, spacious and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has a double bed. Slight criticism here, the room is tiny, with little space around the bed, and only a small set of drawers. However, there is plenty of other storage for hanging clothes etc in the living area, so we didn't find it a problem.
The shower room and toilet, nothing special, but perfectly adequate, with a hairdryer, cabinet, mirror and ample hot water for the shower.
The living and kitchen area were clean and nicely presented. The kitchen area was perhaps a little small, but again, more than adequate, and was well stocked with crockery and utensils. Toaster and washing machine.
There is a decent sized settee, but 4 adults may find it difficult to all sit comfortably. There are 4 chairs at the dining table. There is TV, DVD and free wifi which I had no problem connecting to. Also a selection of books DVD's and board games.
There is an air conditioning unit located in the living area. My only other slight criticism is that it is really only effective in the living areas, the bedrooms rely more on ceiling fans to keep cooler. Also, the air con unit blows warm air onto the patio.
The patio area is pretty spacious, with a further dining table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 sun loungers and 2 patio chairs.
The views from the balcony are lovely of the hills opposite, the winding coastal road and the harbour in the distance.
Nearly forgot the rooftop pool! Shared with the other residents (some holiday lets, some let to local people) We never saw anyone else up there. It has a lovely view to the harbour. There is ample room and about 10 sun loungers. Overlooked only by a couple of small 'locals' flats.
Would be an ideal place for a couple, or family with younger children. Might be a bit small for 4 adults, but possible.
Would definitely use this apartment again, or another by the same owner.
