we booked 2 rooms for me and my friend in rs 10000 with 3 meals for one night. on check in we we were given a family suite with a common entrance and 2 bedrooms (one small and one regular size).at around 8.30 pm i requested to give me a toothbrush and toothpaste which never came.only next morning on requesting again it arrived. there was no internet. in the morning i discovered that the flush is not working.i informed the reception ,they tried but the issue was not resolved. Although they told me to use another room,s toilet ?? They were well aware of our interest in the birds of the campus and they have made a studio also but we were never told about it .we only discovered it accidentally at breakfast time .
property is good and the food is good.

If you are fond of magnificent mountain views, exotic plants and floral beds.. this resort is a dream come true. I had a great time staying here and enjoying the local cuisine from uttarakhand. The estate is massive and gives you an opportunity to understand the local culture and farm to fork concept. The cottages are comfortable and surrounded by pretty flowers. A beautiful and peaceful vacation spot for nature lovers.

In the midst of a forest, on the top of Syahidevi estate, AnantRasa by Aamod is the perfect place to unwind and experience heaven. The location is peaceful and has an amazing aura.. Food is simply lip smacking and the service is world class... Bhaskar, who is the manager is doing a commendable job.. Very efficient and courteous.. not to forget, Prakash, the naturalist who was an excellent guide for the trek I took all the way up to the Syahidevi Temple.. Thank you for the warm hospitality..A must visit property..

The approach road was bit iffy and while I had read about it I was advised its doable and so we decided to try it. It was bit tough but is doable by any car (we went before the rains). The place is bit off the way so is not that touristy and hence quiet and nice. Once there you only have the option to eat there as there is not much in the vicinity. Parking has ample place in the open. The rooms are a bit of a walk into the woods and at times monkey/langurs can cause some fear if you do not want them jumping over your head. My biggest problem however was the thousands of centipedes crawling all over the place and entering the rooms despite everythign you do. It used to creep me out, especially if there are like dozen of them in the room near your shoes and luggage and bed. That aside the property has some steps so not for elderly if you have mobility issues. I dont blame the hotel for the centipedes as it's right in the jungle and next to orchards where you can pluck fresh plums but if that could be sorted and factored out it was a great experience. In the wilderness, fresh air, great views (especially in the morning). I even spotted a free running deer in the wild not far from the property. They also have a small place to play badminton and an indoor games room and a small cozy library. Thanks to the folks at the hotel they told us not to take a route advised by Google as it was in bad shape when we went. It added several kms but at least we were not stuck midway. They also had a couple of folks trying to sell us time share package for the Amode group which made us bit uncomfortable though they were just doing their job.

What a property it is far away from the crowd in the arms of nature and mountain.
Food is good.
You can go hiking , nature walk , cycling.
Star Gazing if the sky is clear in night.
Dont take route suggested by GPS , call the property they will guide how to reach.
