First time at Rubino Kitchen with family. Wonderful food and it was great to talk to the chef about ingredients. Really lovely place, worth booking as tables are limited. Has a very homely feel which is great. Braised beef was ridiculously good! Looking forward to trying breakfast and also roast on sundays!

Spent our 15th wedding anniversary here, my husband had the tasting menu and I, the traditional 3 courses. The food was beautifully prepared with creative food pairings. It actually reminded us of our holiday in Italy where we were invited to enjoy a five course meal, prepared and cooked by the owners of the vineyard on which we stayed. Rubino Kitchen is authentic food heaven and if you haven't experienced it, you really should. Thank you also to the chef for our 'anniversary' dessert: lovely touch. Our lovely waitress even offered us the use of the landline phone to call our lift. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

This bijoux little place is in what really looks like an old shack down a country lane next to a fishing lake, so my expectations were low - what an amazing surprise! Incredible gourmet food that you would find in a top london restaurant - not the usual gastro pub fare. The chef is really talented and inventive. Only seats about 14 covers in one small room so not good for a large loud group- better for couples- charming decor with fishing themes - outside seating if the weather is fine and can use the porch. Only complaint is the very limited wine list which lets down the food- we may ask if they’ll allow corkage next time as we will definitely be back!

Top quality food all the time, great attention to fresh local produce. This is a Michelin graded place. Evenings you have to book as it gets packed. Small intimate service, you can book the entire place for groups.
