Not worrying about other ratings, I would say this might be the best restaurant in the world where you don’t have to wear a suit. Every one of the 15 or 16 courses was spot on, inventive and delicious. Even the butter was home made from smoked goat’s milk. It is a good hour’s beautiful drive from Rioja into a tiny Alpine hamlet. The entire staff was welcoming, took time to find out about us and relate the food to our experience. The four hour lunch was definitely worth the many Euros.
