The most beautiful property with the most amazing staff! The views are great but the hospitality is unmatched! Can’t wait to come back! The food is great, the chef is exceptionally talented. Recommend it to anyone blindly.

Wonderful hospitality in the foothills of the Himalayas. The team were very attentive and the food and accommodation excellent. Amazing views of Nanda Devi and other peaks. Lovely walks along mountain paths and nearby villages, giving us a great insight into life in Kumaon.

We had an incredible stay at Itmenaan in November. The property is beautiful - very classily done and yet rustic, with traditional architecture and beautiful flowering plants/trees throughout. I had some food allergies, which the staff did accommodate too. Food was good overall.
A special shout out to the excellent level of service, led by Mr Amit Kandpal, the GM. All the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and our needs were taken care of. They were all extremely polite, hospitable, and friendly at all times. A
big thank you to all of them.
Some special memories include the bonfire they would light outside of our room every evening as the sun set, before dinner. This was their suggestion - and they also suggested serving us our soup/a hot drink right there too as we stared at the mountains.
The location is a bit out of the way, as are many of the wonderful places in Kumaon, but I couldn't recommend staying here more if you are in the area. Also make sure to visit Jageshwar Dham, which is very nearby!

The estate stays close to their name with the kind of experience we had. Itmenaan. Its a quaint place situated amidst lush green vegetation with breathtaking views of the mountains. The food and service is top notch and the simple heartedness of the staff is heartwarming. Already looking forward to the next visit.

The name says it all. We felt itmenaan...Sukoon...away from the urban din. The property is breathtaking and the views around are exhilarating. We happened to view magnificent Nanda devi and trishul range and believe me we were so much in awe. The property is thoughtful in taste and every nook and corner will surprise you with natural bounty. The hydrangeas and hibiscus will sooth your senses. The food too was amazing and delicious. The cultural immersion of food was so inspiring. Try their continental food... the staff was amiable and so welcoming. They made our stay every bit comfortable. Special mention to Mr. Amit,(property manager), Bhavna, Shivraj ji and Gobind ji. All were so much invested in making the guests comfortable.

We went there during May 2023 . It was really an awesome experience. The name justifies the place . Exceptionally beautiful resort in a quiet serene nature . Staffs were all very hospitable. Mr Shivraj , Mr Govind , Mr Bhim were very caring . Ms Bhavna , resort manager looked after every minute details of hospitality. Food was truly mouthwatering and delicious. One day we had a nice picnic lunch in nearby mountain forest . We had a guided hiking tour arranged by Itmenaan Estate to a nearby waterfall and village too . We enjoyed our 5 nights stay thoroughly .
Room tip: Pine room has best view from room
