Our group was of 8 people and 5 kids. The place is beautiful and staff is very friendly and helpful. The food prepared was fresh and as per our preference.
Though the property needs maintenance but the service makes up for it. Most of the rooms have a great view.
Face towels and floor towel were not there but when I asked I was given. Basically, if you feel something is required or missing speak to them and they will try their best to resolve it. Do keep in mind being a property at hills resources are limited. The rooms are huge and designed as per old mansions with a fire place to give that feel.
Kids had a great time playing at the main valley view balcony/ sit out area and feeding fishes at the pond. The location of the property is superb. It is situated exactly at the point where the hike to Kasar Devi Temple starts. Mr. Prashant 's suggestion for a morning hike and meditation at the temple was fantastic. It actually added as an amazing experience to my trip.
Overall a fabulous experience especially due to weather and service.

1. Breakfast starts at 9am and is open until 10:30am. Dinner starts at 9:00pm (though they claim it is 7:30pm). If you are not OK with it then don't go.
2. Pictures are very old, property is managed by limited staff which shows in how things are managed. Even reception has dust all around. Rooms are in bad shape.
3. I stayed with 5-6 spiders in the room. They were all around - Bathing area, washing area, behind mirror, at TV Unit, at entry door, at almirah.
4. While people visiting need to have ettiquetes but hotel should also have rule. I couldn't sleep for 2 days due to loud music by my neighbour in the night, and the next day a group was partying with noise and loud music until 4am.
5. Had to make calls on each day for water, tea-coffee, room cleaning, towel change.
6. Location is good. All rooms face north-west, so you can enjoy a good sunset.
7. Staff is helpful though.

Yes, Our breakfast starts from 9 am, as you informed me that you have habit to wake up early in the morning and I gave you the options of tea/coffee and toast for early meal followed by the buffet.
Your stay was for three nights, i could have really appreciate and that would be really helpful if you raise the spider concern during the stay.
Yes, The music concern was raised and same was resolved with in 15 minutes, and on the next morning i personally checked with you and at that time appreciated that part but here you have mentioned you could not sleep till 4am, which is not justified.

The hotel stay was excellent awesome property with amazing view of mountains and pine forest. The staff was very courteous. Rooms well furnished n maintained. Food was delicious. A must visit place.The hotel rooms hygiene was maintained well also the linen.
