This was truly a unique stay in a beautiful treehouse. The staff were perhaps the most wonderful I’ve encountered on my travels. They went above and beyond for us! The food is outstanding, and I can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back :)

The treehouse rooms are wonderful. Large, clean and each one very private from others. The staff are knowledgable, very friendly and helpful. There is wide range of variety on the menu, all deliciously made, and waiting staff in the restaurant are excellent. also has a well appointed bar also ustairs in a tree. I cannot fault this accommodation and would retrun here if/when I come back to Bandhavgarh.
On safari, I had many excellent tiger sighting including very small cubs, and also a rusty spotted cat! So also a very good place to com for the wildlife.
Lasty I love their conservation efforts which are important to me.
The Hideaway offers intimate and unique accommodations within easy reach of the Bandhavgarh Preserve. Guests can look forward to slumbering in well-designed cottages with the tree canopy. The chef prepares delicious Indian and continental cuisine. The Hideaway safari team have endless enthusiasm to share the wonder of the preserve with guests. We loved our morning bird walk with Ashish, our illuminated night tour of the jungle as well as the excitement of close encounters with seven tigers during our day safaris.
A trip to the jungles after ages and the stay at Treehouse Hideaway was definitely worth it.
The stay:
There are just five rooms perched upon five trees at this boutique property which is located in the heart of the jungle about 5 minutes away from Tala gate. The rooms are spacious with a pretty big balcony, the focus being on sustainability.
The food:
Simple , hearty but delicious food : all from farm to table I would say. Highly recommend the bush dinner for both the food and the experience.
Service:
Excellent service, much attention to detail.
Safaris:
Amazing naturalists and guides, 6 seater gypsy.
We spotted tigers on 2 out of 3 safaris.
If you’re expecting top notch luxury, room service, large and varied f&b menu, amenities such as a gym/swimming pool then this isn’t the property for you. But if you’re looking for a unique property that offers some much needed peace and quiet, and are a wild life lover who’s looking to get away from the city life for a quick break, definitely experience Treehouse Hideaway.
Truly magical memories! The treehouse was like a dream come true for my daughters.The unique and absolutely magnificently arranged bush dinner transformed us into a magical world and will always be a well cherished 18th birthday celebration. Ashish, Khadir, Choube Sir all showed customer service par excellence. This place with a nice rustic look and private setting is a hidden gem , and gave a very South African safari feel.The food was fantastic and the nature walk was great. We were lucky as the naturalist had captured the tiger in the night camera, at the property. Besides there was a civeat cat scrapping the roof at night.I would highly recommend the Pagdandi tree house Bandhavgarh to anyone
Staying at this property was an experience unlike any other. From the beautiful Treehouse that made you feel like you were part of nature, to the amazing Curated yummy food that was impeccably plated for every meal, Our stay at this property Was one of the best we have ever experienced
This property is run by a team of extremely genuine , and warm group of people.
And most importantly a team of passionate and well read naturalists who go out of the way to teach you about nature and the surroundings.
I had the good fortune of spending my birthday there and they ensured that it was extremely memorable.
This was more than a hotel, this was an experience of a lifetime.
