As per our discussion with the front office manager, you have made the booking through online travel portal for the heritage smart category. As soon as the team received your feedback about the dissatisfaction with the room, our team member Mr. Pankaj Jain met with you and upgraded your room to the higher category room.
With reference to your feedback, we would like to inform you that there are total 77 rooms in the property and each room is different from another. The room size, views from the room, location are in accordance with the price. The guest shall get an idea on the room type however there is no assurance of offering the same room as shown on OTA as featured are the sample images of the room categories. This information is also available on the respective travel portal from where the booking was done.
Please note that the dining venues for meals change depending upon the season. As of now we serve buffet at the Jalgiri restaurant.
With reference to your feedback, the Chef also met with you at the Jalgiri restaurant and taken your feedback regarding the food and also served you grilled chicken apart from the menu. He also met with you today at the breakfast and was happy that you enjoyed the breakfast. The Chef also informed that as you ordered the tandoori appetizer at 4:20 pm at that time the tandoor gets shut down as we serve a-la-carte for lunch from 12:30pm to 3:30 pm.
Further, the housekeeping manager also met with you regarding the concern you had highlighted. Please be assured that the necessary action has been taken to arrange the cleaning at the public areas.
Further, being a heritage destination, we have limited access for Wi-Fi in shared spaces, as a respect to all guests who may seek quite and peace being in these locations. We respect your feedback and would review our wifi service for any correction or enhancement in the near future.
