This stunning fortress is an awesome place to stay. Make sure you’re ready to climb stairs—but it’s worth the effort! We really needed more than one day to explore the full extent of the fort, but our room was very comfortable, the staff was great, and the dinner and breakfast buffets were very good.

An incredible palace experience, we stayed at the Sahendra palace for two days and these were fun filled and once a life time memory. Good food and very polite staff, very helpful and considerate. But it’s the ambiance and aura of the palace that takes centre stage, every space and area is explorable, the feel of discovering and old time charm that has been still sustained is remarkable. A good weekend getaway, very romantic and vintage.
Please maintain its old world charm and your staff in the best possible, this is your USP.
