Zuri hospitality Kumarakom

Great property, best Spa ambience that i can vouch being a global traveller, good food and very smiling & warm hospitality by Zuri Kumarakom, hope to come back. Thank you everyone at Zuri for working so hard to make our stay an amazing holiday with family and friends :)

Excellent stay !

We went there in December to celebrate my anniversary and birthday with my family. It’s a great property, very well maintained, excellent staff, great food and perfectly maintained rooms. They have a lot of activities and programs inside the property itself. They also go the extra mile to make you feel special on your special day❤️. Worth an experience!

Lovely setting and grounds, average service and property needs some refurb

I stayed over a weekend at the resort. It had lovely grounds and was next to Vembanad lake. Despite the lovely setting and friendly staff, I felt that the resort was tired and needed refurb, the service was quite average and the spa too was only average. I felt that the price I paid was too much for the quality of the resort

Peaceful place

We had an amazing time at Zuri. The resort has a beautiful and peaceful setting. However what we most loved the most was the caring staff at Maya spa, especially Dr. Suchitra who took the time to listen to our problems and thought us energy balancing Ayurvedic breathing techniques. We hope to be back here again soon!

Outstanding property, great hospitality, average on food.

Returned back from a 2 night stay at The Zuri Kumarakom in Dec 2019. The resort property is amazing. Ideal destination if you are looking for a laid back, idyllic, nothing-to-do kinda stay. The hospitality is great too. The resort could do well to create a little play area for kids, at least a slide, since doing nothing is not fun for kids ! Also, the food was a let down, breakfast spread is average and overall the food is not great. Rather, we found a restaurant 'Karma Chakra', just a 10 minute walk from Zuri to have great food, you can find reviews for the place on tripadvisor.

Room tip: Head to 'Karma Chakra' restaurant just a 10 minute walk from Zuri for much better tasting food.
