Calm, serene and peaceful

Friendly staff, good food and wonderful location by the lake. Didnt get the lake view cottages. Would recommend anyone planning to go to stay in the cottages facing the lake. Beautiful view. They offer many other amenities as well

Quiet, peaceful, lakeside resort with great food and service

We went there for a get-together and the ILLIKKALAM proved to be a great place. Lot of families were staying in nearby cottages and enjoying their stay.

Pros:
• Quite and peaceful place
• Great lake view with the option to see the sunset
• Can make use of house-boat or speed boat (They do not have this. However, they have contacts and they will arrange it.
• Good rooms with clean sheets, towels
• Good room service
• Very professional way of handling requests via whatsapp group.
• Very responsive to all requests
• Additional beds were provided with movable cots.

Cons:
• Could have maintained the surroundings a little bit more cleaner.
• No shops nearby
• They could have kept bathrooms cleaner
• Need more frequent cleaning of rooms during a day
• Wardrobes do not have enough space to hang shirts/pants

Room tip: Quiet, peaceful, lakeside resort with great food and service

Enjoyed it thoroughly. A fine place to just chill, listen to the soothing sound of waves and spot birds. Friendly staff and staff and. Lean rooms, made our stay an enjoyable time. Loved the fact, that we could just sit back and enjoy the different colours in the sky and the water at the same time.

Amazing Stay

Great experience nice atmosphere and ambience. All the staffs are good and friendly. The lakeside cottages are especially recommend and they are spacious. It has an amazing view of the vemband kayal. It was worth the visit.

nice experience

The stay was very good. The staffs are all friendly and the food is good as well. The lakeview cottages are especially recommended and they are spacious. A really good place to go with family and friends. Follows Covid protocols and really clean.
