Amazing hospitality!!

rooms are superbly maintained along with beautiful paintings, hospitality is their key and best part, specially the activity cordinator Mr Kavi and all the other staff are talented and hardworking and deserves the special mention. perfect location. worth the money , one of the best resort i have experienced in india.

Room tip: heritage villa with private pool for couples or menderin pool villa for groups

3 day Long Weekend Stay

The Ayurvedic Treatment offered at their Ayurmana center is excellent with a wonderful Doctor and well trained staff and set up. It was really good. Mainly due to Covid there were minimal activities inside the property. The location and view is excellent though.

Best Place to Relax

One of the best places to chill. The private pool is absolutely fantastic and well maintained. Covid safety measures are well followed.
This is a great retreat with family/friends.
And you will have MR.KAVIARASAN to take amazing photos for you. Don't miss him there.
Also, try the houseboat there for a day. It's a beauty!
Food is sumptuous.

Traversing the backwaters of Kumarakom in our luxurious houseboats is an experience one should not miss. An overnight stay on the houseboat is recommended.

Truly God’s Own Country, isn’t it ?

The best part about Kumarakom Lake Resort is that it overlooks the lake from most of it’s areas. The resort has a lot of small canals with beautiful wooden bridges over them and they make every part look like as if it’s out of a painting. We stayed in meandering pool villa and heritage pool villa as well. Both were equally amazing. Open bathing area and private sit outs added to the beauty of the villas. The staff, specially Kavi and Joji , was very courteous. Thankful to Kavi for capturing our special moments so beautifully. And, not to forget, food was equally great.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort and we would love to go there again.

Soo happy that we chose this paradise for our babymoon

This place checked ALL boxes for us

- COVID guidelines are being followed rigorously - not 1 person was without double masks
- Breathtaking views that make you think life is beautiful - the lake, meandering pool, sunset cruise!
- Courteous staff that make you feel like royalty with a touch of homeliness
- Kerala cuisine at Ettukettu that makes you go WOW
- Special mention for Kavi who went out of his way to double up as our personal photographer to capture all the happiness
- We loved the little pool & open-air bath inside our Heritage villa
- The welcome drink is not some generic blue colour drink - They served chilled coconuts

All in all - one of the best stays we've had in India and the place truly lives up to its name. Thanks, Teji & the team for keeping the bar high.
