We visited the place during the last week of May and it has been a good experience. The staff was really nice and courteous, the room with back water view was amazing and were clean and well lit. Special mention to the restaurant staff who prepared "Puttu" - special kerala dish for us on our request. The stay at the boat house is really memorable, the view, facilities, staff, chef and the driver of the boat was all perfect. Staff ensured a very comfortable stay for us. Rains were topping on the cake and the experience was really nice. I would recommend this place to others.

Me and my better half visited here as the part of our honeymoon trip.This hotel have only one plus point is it's located near by back water, there is no facility like a resort. it's not Worthy to stay.
we are enter to the reception time the Counter was empty... After checking with Security, he called receptionist from back office.she was just came (without a greeting or a smile) and she was Confused about our booking, she said there is no booking in our name We are submitted our booking voucher also which is provided by Goibibo.After that she checked with the mails and Said the booking is confirmed. After that we are proceed with Check in, they given the room with paddy view.... The view is good from there but, the room in front of glass area was too dirty with bird droppings and the Bathroom doors are not closing properly, bcse of these issues we complaint to reception,they said just ok and cut the call without any other response.We are waited the room for 15minutes for there response but didn't get any information from reception. After that 01 lady from housekeeping (i think she is the Housekeeper) came to our room for check the complaint and she said we can't Rectify these problems now, so we can offer some other room.After we checked the room it seems just ok so, we shifted to that room.After the long journey we are try to call for a tea to Room Service but no body was there for pick up the call, afterthat We tried to reception for the same, the receptionist simply said the restaurant is closed for these days, for the food you have to go for outside... we are totally disappointed... and we dont have any other options, so we went out side for the food.when we came back to resort we went the Swimming pool... But, we can't use the pool it's not clean and there is no pool towels water is covered in dirt. it's in a horrible condition... In front of the resort they have Boating facility but they said that's also not working.The management should be TRAIN your staff properly.We are not recommended this property for anyone.
