We loved this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. The minibar is fully stocked and topped up daily. There are shops in the hotel and outside plus a bus stop and easy access to taxies. We had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sitting room and balcony. The food was amazing although the A La Carte Restaurants were not open at all so we could not try the BBQ or the seafood restaurant. Not much seafood or prawns were served in the main restaurant but there was a fantastic array of food so something for everyone. Good wine and plenty to drink. The staff were great but hardly anyone could speak any English. It was either Turkish or Arabic. Funny you would ask for a Perrier Water and get served a glass of champagne! They often couldn’t cope with the drinks orders in the hotel lobby on a Sunday night. I think the lack of speaking English and not writing down orders meant they simply couldn’t get around the tables with the correct orders. There is a great hair salon in the basement by the Spa. It was wonderful to be able to get a hair cut and various treatments there and the staff were experienced and did a good job. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels and toiletries left and the fridge stocked up with drinks. A nice relaxing stay.

Room Tip: We were on the first floor. Easy to get to and not a lot of noise except early hours of the morning.

environment was relaxing and lush
services specially room service was adequately good,However,The timing was not well managed.For instance once i was going to use the toilet near the restaurant it was occupied by a servant cleaning the floor.Although he could clean there at the off times of restaurant. Unfortunately most of the staff were not fluent in English though their behavior was nice.I am glad that i had the opportunity to know two friendly,amiable staff namely MUSA iLANLI and Joseph Cetin.
There was an unsatisfying time limitation on using some facilities.
Overall,it was a pleasant experience to spend almost a week in this hotel.

Where to start, absolutely outstanding. As a family it's hard to find a family friendly hotel that offers luxurious surrounding, we the Rixos Beldibi is just that.

Lovely decor, lovely views, lovely food, lovely service the list goes on and on.

Staff were outstanding. There was a day where there was not much to do for the kids but they customers relations found us, put us in a shuttle and sent us to their sister hotel to enjoy there animation club, swimming pools, dinner, lunch tea etc. The chef's made us Indian food which was lovely because the kids fancied something from home. Valentine's Day, the staff couldn't do enough for us, we actually felt like royalty. Great facilities in the room inc sewing kits, tea and coffee making facilities (didn't need to use because room service was so fast). Free safe, Aircon, ice creams and mini bar. Free sauna, spa, Hamam and gym.
Weather was not great when we went but staff kept us entertained everyday.
Bars had a great range of premium drinks including Brady and single malts. Diet coke is not on draught so drinks always tasted great.
If all Rixos hotels are this good then we have found our new favourite brand. Cant wait to come back in June. Probably do a week here and then a week at land of legends.

The Hotel is silent and suitable for relaxing.Services and Food and Beverages are excellent,but one of the tour operaters (Azra Tour) cooperating with hotel is very poor! The Airport transfer for the last day was unforgetable! For a flight on 9:25 in the morning they waked us up at 3:00 in the midnight through stunning telephone calls, TV display alarms,...one after each other...The bus started from hotel first on 6:00 O'clock after 3 hours delay! The chaos with this operator harms the Hotel. I saw everybody nervous in the airport on 7:00 !

Room Tip: Rooms with seaview at 5th floor are quieter

The place is too calm and during spring there is nothing here to entertain.
The outdoor bar is just open for about 2-3 hours .
The hotel is so called 5 star hotel but there isn’t any iron in the room and there is no tea/coffee maker in the room.
Staffs aren’t friendly at all and they speak English so badly and some of them are so rude.
Glasses are smelly and during dining time staffs were moving trolley which made too much noise and it was annoying and when we asked the supervisor to stop it , he didn’t care at all .
All in all We’ll never come back to this so called 5star hotel and never ever recommend this catastrophic hotel!!!!

First of all thank you very much for your time is taken to describe your Rixos Beldibi Experiences.

As you can see our guests reviews that guests satisfaction is our number one goal.Therefore we would like to explain to you our hotel concept once more.

As Rixos Beldibi Hotel , our animation programme is soft animation programme and as we mentioned it on all review sites and agencies web sites that we provide a escape form the tiring metropolitan life with the live music &karaoke programme.Daily activites are archery,airgun,dart,minigolf as available.

Summer season starts at 7th of April.By the beginnig of the summer season outdoor facilities will be available according to the weather conditions.As it is written in our fachsheets and web site that we do not provide tea/coffee facilities in the standard room.On the other hand we do not have any iron&ironing service in the room because of the guests safety.

Regarding to the restaurant service , we already takes our notes to share to our F&b Team to be careful of the noise.

We are very sorry to hear that we could not meet your expectations.

May you wish to return to us in the future again.
