Unfortunately we could not fit a meal into our time in Tuscany, so we squeezed in a cooking class. If the food we prepared is any indication of the food prepared for the meal, the food here is unbelievable! We prepared quite a few dishes (remember, cooking class is a loose definition) as she told us what to do and we did it...we made aquacotta, cantucci, spaghetti, bread, etc. It all tasted PHENOMENAL. La Filanda is a beautiful restaurant, the setting is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the owner and her husband are gems. It is truly a place NOT TO BE MISSED
