Came here today while in Qaqortoq. Cute church but was locked so we could not go in. Very nice little town.

A true piece of history - This church was built in 1832 by the city of Drammen in Norway and Danish missionaries. The church has been refurbished and rebuilt several times since and now stands as a testament to the heritage of the area. Although no longer a working church, it is amazing to see the size of it compared to the replacement church, Gertrud Rasch's Church which is just up the hill.
