Stayed here for two weeks in august. We had a studio with our daughter. They are a good size with a balcony or patio. We chose these apartments after reading many good reviews and we weren't disappointed! Yes it's not 5 star but you get what you pay for. The rooms were a bit dated but more than adequate and the beds were very comfortable. The maid was lovely and cleaned our room most days, leaving clean towels on the beds.
These apartments are in the quiet end of Sidari which, in our opinion, is the nicest end. They are in a fantastic location! The beaches, canal D'amour, shops and restaurants are nearby and the strip is about a 10 minute walk if you prefer a livelier night!
The staff work hard here and at the Aquarius Restaurant near the pool, which has entertainment some nights of the week including Greek night & Rock night which was brilliant! We wouldn't hesitate to go again!

We stay at the Kanali Apartments for 2 weeks from 12/8-22/8. We had a bad start, arriving early hours with none to greet us, we had to guess our room with two sets of keys left out!

But later that same morning, all was taken care off by our Rep and Nikos from the Kanali management. It was all handled well . Although a few hours earlier, we had thought what a place?(tired alone in a foreign country no idea where your room was, having to leave 2 children with all our luggage outside reception until we could guess our room. ) 2 am in the morning i may add!! We awoke a few hours later to the most spectacular views and with our grievance sorted. We continued our holiday as it should have started.

Thank you Kanali apartments for handling it so well and promptly.

On booking this holiday, finding exact details of the room set up was hard to find. But we had a two bedroom apartment second floor room 203. Each bedroom had twin beds, a tv on the wall (never used) , dressing tables and bedside tables- no wardrobes. The 1 wardrobe was in the hallarea .

A smallish showroom with basin and toilet. Shower does have doors, ad was not a hole in the floor and we had expected.

There is no living are, except a a small kitchenette with a table and chairs, the area is really too small to open the table up. So we ate on the balcony.

The balcony runs the whole width across both bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own access.

The views from said balcony - AMAZING STUNNING SPECTACULAR !!!

IT was with sadness that we departed on Monday to arrive to a cold damp Essex. SIdari and the Kanali Apartments are charming, beautiful views, lovely places to eat, and if you choose well reasonable priced places to eat too.(Napoli, Aspagia, Eviva, The rock to name a few)

Great tours from Valsaros Travel (red buses) travelled to:
Kassiopi 6 euro each
Palekastrisata 7 euro each
Aqua Land ( AMUST!!) family of our 2 adults 2 children 90Euros

Each place we visited you were given 5 hours to visit and do your own thing, exactly what we wanted to do!! Trips locally were all reasonably price, do not book by the reps as Aqualand from the rep would have been double!! You are also giving back to the local community , they need it.

A word of Warning if you take a pedalo with a slide, please be really careful we are family of four reasonable sized people 2 adults 2 children of reaonable age( ie not youngsters going mad) our pedalo capsized, we think due to a speed boat wave and us not seeing it.

Had to be rescued by Three rescue boats, and a civilian British family came and helped us too. Thank you if you ever read this, we never got your names as we were in such shock and disbelief.

We lost all our valuables, but we were all safe and well, THANKFULLY!!
After the incident, I heard various other people complaining on how unstable the pedalos were, and not just the ones with the slides. So please heed my warning and be careful. It was horrendous and memory we wont forget, but it didn't ruin our holiday although all our memories were left in the ocean , ViA phone, camera, wallets, etc

Sidari goodbye for another time

We stayed here in 2017 and 2018 and have booked for 2019! The apartments are in a fabulous location and the view cannot be beaten! The apartments are basic but are cleaned nearly every day with linen and towel changes every 3 to 4 days. We love the 2 bedrooms rather than a 1 bed apartment with kids sleeping the sofas. The staff here are so friendly and willing to help. The Aquarius serves wonderful food..their salads are definitely the best around. Greek night is not to be missed.
So dark is about 10 mins walk away and is great for families. The choice of tavernas in canal d'amour is great and really good value. Lots of trips to do around the island. All in all a fantastic family holiday. See you in 2019!

First time in Sidari and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! Went in May this year and had a lovely stay. Great place, friendliest people, great location, immaculately clean and ideal apartment. Great food in the adjoining restaurant by the pool, and to top it all off, fantastic music night. Blew us away! So happy with the whole experience that we are encouraging our daughter to have her first ‘girls’ holiday away here as the environment is so family orientated and safe and friendly. Will be back soon!
