Situated near the end of the main drag, it's nice and quiet when you want to sleep. Only a 3 minute walk to the market, restaurants and bars (ie the awesome reggae bar) Best area of the island to stay to get to and from the beach, island hopping and nightlife. Only stayed for one night, couldn't have stayed here for more than three. Samui is perhaps the 'Magaluf of Thailand Gulf'?

This place is easy to find, secure and clean. Good plain food, the staff are fantastic too. This place is ideal for 21-40 somethings on an adventurous and mid budget backpacking trip.

Oh - plenty of mosquitoes, be warned. You will need a citrus based shower gel and plenty of local repellant - 100%deet (army standard) does not work!

Be prepared for plenty of thunderstorms and dark evenings from 6.30pm in June.

Room Tip: Specify any needs, bare in mind there are plenty of steps, but lift access to the upper floors. Som...

I'd like to start by saying we didn't stay in the accommodation but rather took advantage of their 89bt happy hour drinks. However it was enough to get some lovely photos courtesy of the staff and some good value cocktails, all in a modern and civilised environment, which clearly must be great once it got 'buzzing' after 10pm or so.

The stay was comfortable and breakfast was included in the stay.
Hotel is very close to the beach and the main market! Very peaceful place and away from any disturbance of any sort. They arranged our travel around the place also.

Great value for money!

We dined at the Loft with our 2 young children. The meals came out fast and staff were friendly but taste of meals left a lot to be desired.
Do not eat there with small kids unless you want to be chasing them away from stairs and platforms.

We booked this hotel last minute & there wasn't much choice as December is a busy period. The location is ok although I would prefer to be nearer the beach, pubs & restaurants but if you don't mind a 5 min walk you will be fine. The room is quite dark and basic, the bathroom has a hot water power shower which is good. We stayed for 3 night which cost £107.00 which I think us expensive for what you get.
