We had 11 nights here. Overall not bad, though not quite what the photos depict. The property is aging and is in need of a full refurbish. It was our safe and ‘go to place’ in an otherwise very noisy and unclean surrounding environment.
Reception girls that could speak English were very good. We had some room cleaning issues where we had no clean towels and no soaps and had to ask 3 days in a row. Breakfast is very good though the large number of Chinese guests can be very loud and overwhelming, not to mention it being a “non smoking” hotel with many of them smoking in and about. For Koh Samui standards probably 4/5. If this hotel was in Malaysia it would be 3/5 as a comparison for those contemplating coming to this part of the world.More
