Check in: lady of the reception was outside with people, she didn't reply my greeting.
Took her 15min to get back to the reception, then she asked someone to help me, took another 10min before I was given the key.
Room: 1 stairs up to 1st floor, decent size room, very small size bathroom, no light in the shower. Poor WiFi signal.
Restaurant: NO English menu, waitress tried to translate but missed the proper knowledge in English. Ordered glas of the local house wine, they served a glass from open bottle, the bottle must have been open for many days, was fast replaced. Ordered 2 course meal; starter was a panna cotta in a round glass, the desert was almost frozen and impossible to eat with knife and vork as they didn't serve a spoon. Ordered a well done steak but the 'steak' was served 'kebab style' skewer and the meat was totally overcooked. After informing the same lady from the reception she translated the comments to the chef but he simply looked the other way, wasn't interested in a solution or apology.
Decided to check out early without having breakfast at the hotel, checked my bill and the breakfast was charged, this was removed when I asked.
Advice: improve your English communications, when dinner is served come to your English speaking guest and ask them if the meal is fine.
