“Excellent views, and remote living”
Reviewed 21 March 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Very remote, and the last track to the barn is bumpy but fine with most cars and otherwise very peaceful. The only gripe we had was the oven was filthy and billowed with smoke when turned on. Great living space and very clean and tidy. Could have done with a few more logs though.

“Wild Weekend”
Reviewed 14 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Had a fantastic weekend!
Loved the wood burner and the fact it was off the beaten track!
House was very warm and cosy, well placed for visits to Betws-Y-Coed and the zip wire experience in Ffestiniog!
Lovely walk at Llyn Gerionned!
Kids enjoyed the trains and the ice cream shops.

“Perfect House in an Unbelievable Setting”
Reviewed 16 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

We had a brilliant stay in this cottage. It was very modern and excellently furnished, As a group of friends it was ideal for what we wanted. Very spacious and light although without the clear instructions from the owner it would have been tough to find....a perfect holiday get away

“Fantastic holiday home”

It was our third trip to Tyddyn Tyfod having now been three years running. A wonderful holiday home in the most beautiful and peaceful location, with no neighbours close-by. A really well equipped 'home from home', with a lovely big patio area and fire pit for toasting marshmallows in the evenings. Lovely walks from the door to collect your wood for the fire pit, with Bala only a 10-15 minute drive away. The owners lovely and only a phone call away. We'll most definitely be back - it's the only place our girls (aged 13 & 9) want to holiday!
