The park itself was well-maintained, with clean facilities and friendly staff. Our caravan was spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials provided, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. It was great for families, with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, including an on-site pool and an arcade. The evening entertainment was fun, and the kids’ club had a range of activities that kept the little ones busy, overall had a great time and staff was very friendly.

Good holiday but don't pay for the WiFi as it doesn't work in caravan. Don't believe the food and drinks offers because they don't honour them. Apparently they are for a different parkdean site but are advertised everywhere including on the app.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your time on park with us. Out Wifi is very intermittent due to our remote location, but we do have a variety of other attractions on park and in the local area to enjoy

Caravan not cleaned thoroughly, shower didn’t work properly, toilet dirty and security for the park was poor, anyone could walk in as the campsite was along a road and it wasn’t fenced off high and there were small roads crossing the campsite.
WiFi and phone signal useless.

Our holiday stay would have been much better if we were not at the opposite end of the site.If we wanted to take our 5 year old to the kids disco and for us stay for the entertainment we would of have to drive and thus no drinking.The lack of Wi-Fi was also a hinderance,not being able to phone anyone.

Fantastic place to stay with the kids. Lots to do and great service from all staff. Special mention to kyle in the sands bar very friendly and helpful great service. Lots to do nearby for all ages. Great beach on your doorstep and shops for anything you need
