This was our first parkdean holiday and may well be the last! Our accommodation was so grubby and dirty. I took a bottle of bleach with me and thank god I did! The table hadn’t even been wiped down from the last family. Parts of caravan broken..shabby..walls peeling off..I booked another holiday in October when I booked this and I will Not be staying if the accommodation is anything like this! Extremely disappointed and the staff were not interested when I told them on departure how disappointed I was. I got told I should have asked to be moved however I asked to upgrade the day before arrival and was told no accommodation left on park so where would I have been moved too? £1300 for a holiday is not acceptable to be cleaning myself before my holiday has even begun.

Pendine Beach is absolutely beautiful, apart from one thing and that is the Ministry of Defence! I only came here as I heard that the beach was beautiful and 7 miles long so I was really looking forward to walking it with my dog. Upon arrival to the beach, i was shocked to see that i could only walk a few hundred metres before the beach was completely cordoned off. I then came back to the holiday home to sit in the sun and read my book but all i can hear is gun fire! Not at all what i envisaged my stay to be.

Big shout out to Polly in reception for helping me plan my holiday. Helping me to pick a caravan with choices in different areas of the park. Picked Windsor because ive got COPD near to beach, bars and entertainment hub ..Really looking forward to our break away. 😀
