The food was really good, we went three times in a row. It's quite busy but for a reason. You should make a reservation. The Staff is really good, the food is nice and not too expensive. The restaurant itself is very cozy.
This is a delicious place to get a meal outside the lakes. I would recommend coming for lunch as it is very busy for dinner. Buses with visitors often stop here for a meal. They spoke great English and the meal was lovely, even my picky toddler enjoyed his lunch.
We went to eat here last Sunday night. The food was great (pizza with smoked trout) and also the bottle of croatian wine was lovely. The waiter was very polite and refilled our wine glasses during the meal.
We even considered to go back the day after to order some pizza for the carttrip!
My wife was a bit under the weather, and just wanted a soup, she wasn't disappointed in the slightest. A beef soup, with meat, vegetables and noodles, in a rich tasty broth. I had to try the spit roasted lamb, as there was one cooking when we arrived and the aroma was overwhelmingly good. It also didn't disappoint, and there was more than enough (so much so I could skip dinner). Great choice, tasty food, reasonable prices. Won't win stars for presentation or creativity, but good wholesome food.
