Wonderful, wonderful wonderful hotel. Unique rooms. Gorgeous pool area. Incredible outdoor dinner. Beautiful breakfasts. Quiet town. A truly special place to stay. Easily my favorite South Tyrol hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Great service, and beautiful property-- this was one of our favorite hotels on our trip and we stayed in 7 different places. The food at their restaurant was amazing, too! We would definitely stay here again if (when) we come back to the dolomites!

This is a beautifully restored old building. The art in the hotel as is world class and every public space and is so charming that it is a joy getting "lost" in the maze like structure of this amazing establishment. Too bad an art tour is given only once a week.

Not all rooms have a bath, so ask for one if you care.

Food is wonderful.

The spa is decent

We spent a week at Turm Hotel and despite the beautifully decorated rooms we wouldn't recommend it. The staff in the hotel is hardly looking at you, not caring at all, during our whole stay nobody ever asked us whether we were satisfied/needed anything (exactly the opposite to the hotel restaurant where the staff is extremely well trained and friendly). Despite the fact that it is supposed to be a family run hotel we never met the owner/manager. Plus the hotel seems to be focusing on events/ large groups so if you go there by yourself you end up feeling "isolated" and almost "unwanted" as the only one not belonging to the group, especially since the groups are allowed to take full possession of pool/garden/restaurant. Location seems great as it is in the historical center but is rather noisy from the main street leading up to Seiser Alm...
So all in all by far too expensive for what you get! The only positive aspect is the staff at the restaurant which absolutely deserves a 5 star rating!

What an amazing place - my husband and I had one night here en route back from Venice and we had an fantastic time. Staff are amazingly attentive and very knowledgeable. We ate in the restaurant in the evening - degustation which we would highly recommend. The surrounding landscape is stunning and we would definitely return. We had a tower room and everything was immaculate.
