We chose La Caraffa after looking around at various restaurants in downtown La Cumbre because the atmosphere was nice and the menu looked good. Every dish we ordered was delicious: triangular pasta filled with rabbit, crispy mollejas (sweetbreads), chicken breast stuffed with raspberries and cherries (which was not too sweet, in spite of how it sounds). The desserts were great as well (they get fresh, local raspberries every day in season), and our waitress, Alondra, was fantastic - friendly, charming and attentive without being overbearing. One of the most pleasant meals I've had in Argentina, and I've had a lot.
