The property was extremely pleasant.
We did not expect basic breakfast stuff to be provided, which was a pleasant surprise. It was great as milk and coffee was provided - but no decaf - so take that if you need / want it.
The couple who own the property do not speak any English and you have to email them so they can use a translation service.
The handovers went very smoothly but we had no idea of the address had we not had to telephone the owner for the postcode on the day of arrival. The website did not provide the info
We were surprised how chilly it was in the eves so wrap up warm / be prepared.
We never used the balcony as the view was overlooking an apartment complex.
We never had a lay in as the noise from the activity on the main street outside woke us up early especially the day the communal bins were emptied,
The home was beautiful but as we were only 2 in number it turned out to be mega expensive for our budget as the website indicated the total cost for 4 nights was about £320,00 but when the deposit was paid and accepted the total overall price was more like £450!!!!
The town itself is lovely - medieval and plenty of good places to eat in the evenings and it is only a 2 min walk from supermarket and 5 mins from the town centre.
If you are looking for a place with a buzz ... go to the bar in the central area - they do good snacks, free tapas if you are drinking after about 6pm in the eves and it is always busy.
