First time I went to Sylhet and I stay at Excelsior Sylhet Hotel and Resort that was so beautiful which was so close to the city. Its very big areas I enjoyed very much.I always say service was very good and I say Thanks all of you.

Had a lovely time with family, food was delicious, customer service was attentive and efficient. Room was very comfortable.
Very happy with my stay as there was a swimming pool, great room service, fitness centre, Free Wifi and was very kids friendly with lots of activities to do. My room had a very nice view. This is a fantastic hotel to stay in, would definitely visit again and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel to stay in that provides excellent experience.

If I would not go there I could never understand that Excelsior Sylhet Hotel and Resort is one of the beautiful tourist sports in Sylhet division. It has awesome natural beauty as well as various facilities of foods and accommodation. Excelsior Sylhet is only 20-25 minutes driveway from Sylhet city. At about 10 Km East of the city, linked by good road communication.
A few weeks ago, while I was staying at the hotel of Excelsior Sylhet, a picnic party was going on at the resort area with great enthusiasm. Next day I witnessed a seminar of an international company at the conference hall of the resort.
Excelsior Sylhet nestled in a hilly area surrounded by green trees, gardens and habitats of people as well. In respect of both food prices and room tariff, Excelsior is affordable, especially in comparison to the other hotels of the same level. Above all, the natural beauty of Excelsior attracted me most. Gym was a bit poor but can be easily improved with a few more equipment. It has a lovely swimming pool with panoramic view.
Excelsior Sylhet also provides the facilities like boating in lake, sports ground, Basket ball and Tennis court, conference and Banqueting Hall, Parks with rides, air-conditioned hotel rooms, Cable TV, Internet and Wi-Fi, 17 acres of natural beauty with elegant deer.
I stayed at Excelsior for 2 nights. Nice hotel, clean, quiet. Room is spacious. Restaurant, breakfast and dinner were good. Food was pretty fresh and cooking is good. Staff are really helpful and friendly. In a short, I can say, from beginning to end my stay was fabulous. So I can’t wait to go back whenever get the chance. I would recommend this hotel and resort to anyone wanting to visit Sylhet.
Excelsior Sylhet is located at Khadimnagar which is very close to the main city. The resort got around 17 acres of land and whole resort is beautifully designed and they have almost all the amenities that you are going to find. However, the service is really poor, during my visit I could not use the swimming pool as they were repairing it, the billiard lounge was closed and the staffs were not as good as we expected. The restaurant service was poor as well.
food was good but extremely expensive. service was not up to the mark. only deluxe and greater was suitable for staying. economy class was extremely bad and expensive. felt like everyone is busy saving money whatever way they can. this decreased the quality even more. has a lot to improve, lacks proper care.
