stayed here for one night for an official meeting.The hotel needs to drastically improve on the service and food quality. The executive rooms does not meet the basis room amenities. The beds were not comfortable and the linen dirty. Would not recommend the place as there are better options available ranging the same price.

the service is too bad...staff was staring as they have seen a guest in their hotel first time..poor food and service in the restaurant...the ceiling of my bathroom was like that it will fall at any time...the bed was highly uncomfortable...and the sofa was stinking...there was lot of dust in the window....so all together i made a bad choice to stay in this hotel....

So so in all streams weather it is food, stay, welcoming or lift. All are suitable to stay for common man. They take more than normal time for billing. But conferance hall are good with them.

When I entered this hotel, I find the Aura missing. May be the essence of Kanpur was found also visible in the hotel. The Kanpur city is situated on the banks of Holy River Ganga, which is getting dirty day by day. The surroundings of the hotel were not clean, and the buildings of the surroundings shops were also not upto the mark.
However the reception was nicely made and the receptionist / manager was nice and co-operative. The food quality was good. They have a large menu, however at times they don’t supply everything which is mentioned in the menu.
However the room service was not upto the mark. We needed to chase them for getting the errands done. The reception helped us in informing about the details, we require to move around in the city.
There is no good view in the hotel, since it is surrounded by three sides, however the room itself was decently made with all the basic amenities.
The hotel is in the vicinity of one of the largest Gurudwara of Sikhs, in Kanpur and was also close to Motijheel a nice place to spend early mornings and evenings.
All in all a OK types hotel. One can move in if he doesn’t have a better alternatives.

I stay this hotel on 27 Aug 2009, they did not allow my visitors to meet me in my room and when i put question to the manager of the hotel "why you did not allow visitor in the room" they did not reply me properly and unable to give me satisfactory answer.

I also ask the same question to the owner of this hotel they ask me i charge Rs100 of your per question and talk to me in a very arrogant manner. is that the way to talk your customer?

My experience about this hotel is really very bad.
