Great family run hotel in a peaceful, quiet big parklike area. The swimming pool was great as well. The rooms are comfortable, nicely equiped and the staff is very friendly. We will definitely visit again.

+ friendly receptionist.
+ lovely view towards bay.
+ clean
- no evening meals were being served which was not apparent on website.
- Breakfast (additional charge) was pretty basic to say the least. Sort yourself out from a very poor selection.
- bedroom was small, noisy vinyl flooring, and mattresses thin as were the bath towels. Bathroom cramped.
- no kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in room (although was offered use of coffee machine in dining area)
- It was expensive, for very limited facilities

This was our second visit to Hotel Residence Beach and we are already looking to re-book for next year. Set in fabulous grounds the hotel location is secluded yet is only a 10 min walk to the beach, and a 20 min stroll into the centre of Cavalaire. We had a garden room which we could not fault - good size and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast is always a treat as the dining room and balcony, where it is served are fabulous with amazing views of the coast. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. The pool bar which served evening meal is a hidden gem which you must try. Although there is a limited menu every choice is excellently prepared and the steak which they serve should not be missed. The pool area is very relaxing with no hustle or bustle and fighting for sunbeds! New to the hotel this year was the `pilates` class offered 3 times a week by Stephanie - who is an excellent teacher. It was really enjoyable and you should give it a go. Overall I cannot fault this hotel and if you visit you will be guaranteed a first class relaxing holiday.

Room Tip: Garden rooms appear bigger but is no sea view.

Once you get used to the set up here of the swimming pool, bar and evening meals being sub-let, it is fine, if a bit of an unusual arrangement.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance of local restaurants and a little supermarket and whilst it is set back from the beach, this too is within reasonable walking distance. The beach is actually divine, but don't be fooled because the private beach with the same name as the hotel, does not belong to the hotel and there is a pricey fee to use this space. Take a towel, save your money and sit on the beach outside the separate area!
Back to the hotel, there are no complaints re cleanliness or friendliness of staff and this hotel is ideally located for St Tropez -without all the hustle, bustle and showiness. The surrounding countryside is well worth exploring.

If you want to have very nice, lovely and relaxing vacation, is the Hotel Residence Beach the right decision.

The hotel is surrounded by a lot of green vegetation, flowers, lovely parks and in calm surrounding with pool. The beautiful view from the room, makes the mornings and evenings even more special.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the beach and it is very near to the centre of Cavalaire (only cca. 20 Min if you decided to go by walk), where you can really enjoy during the day and night. The centre has a lot of events, restaurants and it is very live at night.

If you like sports, you have a lot of possibilities to explore the city with bike, go on running tours, enjoy in water activities, and go on some excursions. If you don't have ideas, helpful personal in hotel will help you to find the right thing for you.

The hotel is suitable for families or couples, who want to have romantic vacation. Very friendly stuff makes you almost all wishes come true and makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. They really try to make your vacation unforgettable.

Breakfasts on the balcony or simple enjoying with the view on the see, gives hotel additional bonus.

Worth to try :)

Room Tip: On the upper floor with beautiful view
