We stayed here for one night in the Pavilion. The hotel and grounds are superb - the hotel has been designed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard with very good taste and attention to detail. We ate the menu gourmand in the restaurant - it was exceptional in every way (decor, staff, food presentation and menu design). We believe this will become - if not already - the premiere destination for anyone seeking luxury and great food in the Bourgogne area. We will be visiting again!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Pavilion which was a very short walk from the main building, and quiet and comforta...

We stayed at Levernois for only one night sadly! It is such a beautiful place and I wish we had been able to stay longer. We stayed here on our journey to the south coast as a stop over and it was perfect. The owners and staff all spoke very good English and were so welcoming, attentive and friendly. The wine tasting session in their cellars on Thursdays is a real must if you want to learn about Burgundy from the best!
We stayed in the pavillion area of the hotel and the rooms are lovely, clean, modern and the shower was one of the best I've ever had. For dinner we ate at the restaurant (instead of bistro) and it was sublime. Incredible food, great service and vast knowledge which all made for a perfect night.
The breakfast the next morning was so delicious - freshly baked pastries, eggs as you want them and lots of fresh fruit and juices. Lovely. This place is a must!

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way from Switzerland to Paris. We stayed in the newer part of the building which was very nice, modern but still a lovely old world feel. On arrival we were told the bistro was unfortunately full and the other restaurant was closed for the evening. 10 minutes after settling into our room the reception called to advise us that we could be accommodated in the bistro which after a long day of driving was a real bonus.

We had the set menu for dinner in the restaurant, both of us tried different things and they were all amazing. The room itself is very rustic and welcoming with a roaring fire in the middle of it. All the staff were very capable of translating the menu into English and very happy to assist with any requests.

The following evening we dined in their Gastronomic restaurant and the service and food was excellent. The cheese boards were amazing.

Grounds of the hotel were very well kept and had a wonderful country charm about them.

Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a difficult review to write. My husband and I stayed at this hotel in October for two nights. The grounds are beautiful , the hotel is beautiful and the people are lovely. What's odd about it is the pampering. Yes, I'm complaining that they pamper you too much. Now, don't think they is something wrong with us. I felt like they knew our every move. We were asked multiple times about eating at the hotel and that we should make a reservation. As far as I could see, there wasn't going to me a mad rush to eat there and as I told several people at the front desk, we couldn't commit to eating there as we wanted to be in town. They just didn't listen to us..they made a reservation anyway and when we didn't show up they questioned us. I reiterated what I told them earlier in the day. I felt like I was insulting them for not wanting to eat at the hotel. If you can overlook the obsessive pampering, the hotel is wonderful. It's about 3 miles to town but it's not walkable as there are some highways involved. It's a great place to stay if you're going to the vineyards (we went to Pommard and loved it!!!!!). The people in Beaune are wonderful. We actually misplaced our rental car on our first day in town. It was getting dark and I was nervous so we stopped at a Pharmacy for help and several people offered to help us find our car. We accepted help from the pharmacist who was wonderful. We did find our car and we wanted to pay her for her time. She refused but we ultimately thew some euros on the car seat and said Merci. Keep in mind, this was all done in broken French. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend the hotel but be forewarned of the obsessive pampering.
