We were with family of 6 adults and two kids. We stayed in 3 rooms for two nights. Sub zero temperatures. The hotel had perfect heating. Perfect hot water. Perfect housekeeping. Stay at the great hotels worldwide and I am a Marriott fan but I can say that this hotel and its team truly exceeded my expectations beyond imagination. The hotel is relatively newly built. Well done. Superb location. Great vibes. Excellent Food. Well planned menu for breakfast and dinner. Good quality food.
Congratulations to a team of thorough hospitality professionals. Pahalgam has a radisson and a welcome hotel too but I am very confident that this hotel would beat all at service. Highly recommended. Thank you to them for making our stay the most memorable.
Room tip: Extremely cold during winters. Carry all the winter gear possible especially water proof trekking / snow shoes to protect your self well.

We stayed at Hilton Royal in Pahalgam. Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff was very courteous. Ashiq, Adil and other staff provided a great service. Food selection was excellent.
The hotel is very close to the horse riding track so it was very convenient. Great views from Hotel rooms.

We had visited Pahalgam in December 2021 . Stayed in the royal hillton and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous esp Mr Zahid (front office) and Mr Lone Fayaz (F & B). The food was excellent and we would definitely come here again .
