Beautiful property with great location..Right next to the market and the river..Great views from the rooms...Food is the best one can find..service is excellent...Hotel staff are very cordial and make every effort to make a great stay for guests

Hotel has the best view from rooms. Simple rooms with central heated system for night time only. Food need to be improved. Water in bathroom was too bad,cant even wash ur face with it. . Hotel is ok for 1n stay.

We visited pehalgam and stayed at this hotel in second week of march 2021. We were told that the hotel has just opened in last 2 months after being shut due to corona pandemic.
Everything about this hotel was pretty good with energetic and cooperative staff.

Pros :
1) Location : located in the main market of pehalgam with river flowing in the background and stunning views from the rooms.
2)Rooms size and amenities: Size of the rooms is pretty good for a family with children.
Special mention about the place near window where one can sit and enjoy the view outside
3)centrally heated rooms with kettle for tea coffee available. Power backup was also available
4) park behind where people can sit and families can chit chat.
5) Food : we opted for buffer breakfast and dinner: Both had vide variety of options and dishes to choose from.

Cons :
Play area like billiards room was under renovation but you still have area outside for children to enjoy.

Overall a real value for the money paid.
