Don't expect too much from the hotel. It's a budget hotel and I wonder why the rates are so high considering very small rooms, poor wifi and not so good food. The food at dinner and breakfast has absolutely no variety and we have to rely only on dal chawal to stuff ourselves.

Hotel Manager Mr. Bilal is very Kind & the Service of whole team is Excellent. The Sizes of room Quite Comfortable & properly ventilated. Food Quality is good & Service is very prompt. Cleanness so good.
though they have started recently they are managing it very efficiently.good hospitality.good stay.staff was very much kind ,helping and adjustable. we stayed here for one night and it was a pleasant stay.
Late post. We visited on 08/04/2017. Nice property. Come to this hotel for the awesome views of the Lidder river right from your room. Location is excellent. The staff is courteous. Suits are comfortable. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.
the resort location on the bank of river .when we enter into resort its like jack port for us .cause all of that is wooden .ones we enter into room the room is also good all room Amnites are their .also there is a big garden for kid.the staff is so caring in every aspect.

The hotel is very great..though its far from the main pahalgam...but still it wont disappoint you. Rooms are very trendy with good interior...the room service very good...one can enjoy seating on the bed of ladder river which is just outside of resort...the resort have small garden for kid also...overall recommended
