the resort location on the bank of river .when we enter into resort its like jack port for us .cause all of that is wooden .ones we enter into room the room is also good all room Amnites are their .also there is a big garden for kid.the staff is so caring in every aspect.

Rooms are very trendy with good interior...the room service very good...one can enjoy seating on the bed of ladder river which is just outside of resort...the resort have small garden for kid also...overall recommended
We visited on 26th March 2017. GM. Jahangir Ahmad Offered us a Suite for our stay. Good service from every staff member. They were very quick to attend us in everyway. Food served here has got excellent taste. SuiteRoom had all the amenities that one might need for a excellent holiday stay. Surrounding is very beautiful. Bank of a river flows right next to the hotel were u can spend hours. we had a Excellent stay. Mr.Waseem was very Humble and had a friendly approach.

Location of the resort is awesome as it is situated near Ledder lake around 12-13 km from Pahalgam.

We booked this hotel through travel agent, after seeing reviews. The reality is far different. We checked in and no water in the room. Wifi does not work. Our room was Changed to better room as per them. The room was indeed bigger, but every time u use washroom, u will hit the door frame as it is small size. For three adults, they give only one bottle of water( very strange). The dinner and break fast is simplest possible and taste less. Even eggs are not there in the breakfast. No non veg in dinner. Shocked and surprised with the reviews and reality.
Would never come back here again and would not recommend it to any one.
