We stayed at Pine N Peak in December 2021. Right from the Check in to the Check out we had an Amazing experience. The front office Manager Mr Sabzar took care of us all throughout. Mr Sabzar was always in touch with us to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. It was a wonderful gesture on part of the hotel to even upgrade our room. Mr Roop Pandita, the General manager also took care of our stay and checked on us for anything on our days of stay. He was so kind to host us for a lunch and also send us a beautiful cake to room to celebrate our Anniversary. Hes a wonderful human being. The entire staff seems to be a reflection of him and the management. The restaurant and dining staff everyone (Rafi Mir Gowhar Fayaz Aamir Deepak Ghulam Rashid were so hospitable that we wanted to extend our stay indefinitely. Everyone were always at service by checking what we would enjoy. Special mention to the smiling front Desk Gentleman Mr Aamir too. Always providing important information. There was also complementary High tea (Kahwa, hot tea/ coffee , hot chocolate with sandwiches or pakodas in cold weather is so enjoyable) provided by the hotel which is appreciable. During tough and covid times, the hotel is going out of its way to make sure guests feel at home and have pleasant memories. We hope to come...We stayed at Pine N Peak in December 2021.
