We visited the hotel this November for an overnight stay and these guys were just superb. Excellent rooms, warm ambience, good quality fresh food . They also provided the bonfire at night without asking. I would give a thumbs up this hotel and would highly recommend to stay here during their visit to Pahalgam.More

Worst experience in this hotel. Power issue heating issue. Food issues . Hotel unable to provide food on demand. Entire night room heater was not working food was bad. Location is outskirts. I would recommend no one should visit this hotel.
I stayed@ this place for 2 nights and was extremely disappointed. I was bowled over by the full 5* ratings of this hotel. But it was a complete sham. This place is thoroughly mismanaged by a bunch of youngsters who are not professional at all. No heaters in the rooms, shortage of staff, bad management. The only good thing is the staff, however scarce. A special thanks to Shahid and Mr Riyaz. Totally avoidable

Very good accomodation. Staffs are very co operative. We have been served by kahwa hot tea in welcome. It put grt welcome during cold weather. Rooms are neat and clean.apple archary near the hotel are looking awesome.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. The view from the hotel room was excellent.As the hotel is newly built the rooms are neat and clean and also very spacious. The staff of the hotel is very cooperative and always ready to serve you. The owner of the hotel Mr. Iqbal is really gem of a person. Will surely visit the place again.

The hotel is good...rooms are beautiful,clean and tidy. The food is also good. Different variety is served in breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff is humble and look after every requirements of their guests. Thee location is amazing. View from rooms are beautiful. Apple trees in the vicinity look very beautiful. Overall very nice experience.
