As part of our package, we were offered one night stay at this hotel. Location of the hotel is as per the name on top of the till offering good view of Pahalgam. Property is nicely maintained. Rooms and toilets were kept well. Food was ok. Staff were quite helpful. If I have to go to Pahalgam again, I would definitely stay at this place.

It was my first ever trip to kashmir and also the first stay at Hotel HillTop, Pahalgam. Am really impressed with the way there staff had treated us, especially the GM Mr. Altaaf. Whole hotel staff got so familiar and comfortable with us in just 1 day that they helped us alot in exploring the kashmir and the kashmiri culture. We had almost two hours discussion with the Guard and the bell boy at the front gate of hotel till midnight. It was great pleasure to have a chat like this.

Looking forward to be there again in january to experience the same hospitality and care.

real copy of Hilltop Gulmarg....bad service , greedy waiters, poor hygiene, bad food, dirty carpets, waiters force to pay tips. They tell they are 10 in number so you have to pay more...dining space is very small. You may have to wait for you turn or may have to share the table with others.
