Beautiful location for a low-category hotel.

The location is extraordinary, with beautiful sunsets. The manager is competent and helpful. Unfortunately, the positive aspects end here. The facility is very old, poorly maintained, and services are almost non-existent. The pool shows all its years, and it's advisable to have your tetanus vaccination updated due to the rusty and protruding nails in the sunbed area covering. The breakfast is completely inadequate. The quality of the products is poor, the selection is limited, and beverages are charged separately. The offered drinks are distributed from old, stained dispensers that do not encourage consumption.

Room tip: For the same price requested by this establishment, there are nearby alternatives that are at least new or well-maintained.

Don't book !

Very poor service and response from the hotel and the hotel staff.. the lowest level of staff very the most rude and impolite.. the rook key was taken by the bell boy and they told us that its lost and we need to pay 50000 idr for the same. These 2 people very most rude and stubborn. Rooms were average nothing special. And very far from harbour. The hotel is not responsive regarding calling horse cart also. No pick up or drop service

Room tip: Avoid staying here

The hidden paradise

This is The third time i’ve been back, enjoyed paradise The place is beautiful, The room are clean and spacious All The staff are friendly and very helpful
And my girl really enjoyed The comfortable atmosphere of a Romantic Day together, One time we Will be back to enjoy this paradise again.

Great for chilling on Gilli T

Loved our two room villa. Perfect place to chill for a few days!
The spa here was wonderful, Ida was brilliant and very lovely. I would come again just to visit her!
I enjoyed my omelettes every morning and found the staff very friendly and attentive, right from when Sanur dropped our bags off, everyone we came across was really lovely.
Easy access to the beach and the bikes were great to get around. Thank you!

Not a 4 stars hotel! Not even close

The hotel is huge, but seems that no one is taking care of it for a long time. It’s like ghost movie, you know that the place was fine once, but now it’s totally abandoned.
The garden is poor and every bedroom looks like needing repairs. Some rooms were totally destroyed.

Staffs are kind, but very lost. Some of them do not speak a word of English. Everything that you need, you need to ask for someone to attend you. We spent a lot of time on the pool without a person on the bar. I needed to go to the reception ask for service.

There are very nice places nearby and we went there every time to eat, because the food is also bad.

It’s sad because the place could be wonderful. They just need to take care of it.
