Nice spot at the lakeside. Their Restaurant is directly at the lake and offers
good Food and beautiful views. The Hotel is situated at a quite spot at
Lake Garda. We had a Suite with private balcony that was clearly above
average of similar Italian Hotels.

Traveling across Italy from Milan to to Venice we decided to overnight and came across the Hotel Sogno by pure chance. Had a wonderful en-suite room on the first floor overlooking the Lake Garda. Although off season/end of season - we had a first class dinner in the restaurant - staff were friendly knowledgeable and attentive but not bothersome. Can highly recommend the sea bass baked in salt crust (for two). Buffet Breakfast was included and was probably one of the best we have come across - wide and varied choice including omelets, scrambled, fried eggs to order - and you get to squeeze your own fresh orange juice. On the list to revisit.

Room Tip: Worth paying a bit extra for Lake view

We have enjoyed two beautiful days - the team is foccued on customer care to make our stay unforgetable.

Especially, having a dinner at the seaside Restaurant is a premium experience - thanks to the Chef who created the menue.

Room Tip: for longer stays, the Suite is certainly a good choice !

We really loved the service and stuff in this hotel. The girl on reception gave us many good tips about where to it and what to see. But the rooms was not nice at all. And cleaning was so poor. We lived in suite. I expected the nice balcony with lake view. But the balcony looked like a cave. No view at all. If u want to sit by the table, you'll see only the wall next to you. Which makes you a bit claustrafobic. We were 3 nights. Two adults and kid. So they put only once(!!!) the shampoo and shower gel!!! I'll ask them to bring more for this 3(!!!) days , so they put only 2 (!!) little botles of shampoo and body lotion. It was definatly not the level of suite! The complimentary bisquits they put in on the plate in our fist day looked so terrible in the last one. And no one changed it. My husband gave me a beautiful 21 roses, they were cleaning the room and left them without water on the table for whole day.:((
The breakfast was very poor. Mostly everything in tetrapac like musli, bisquits and etc. 2 kind of chees and one of ham.:((
But the restaurant was very good and all the stuff so nice and friendly and welcoming!!! The pool and the garden is very beautiful.
I'd like to go again this hotel, but deffinately wouldn't take suite! The regular doubles at least has a nice balconies with a real view. And you understand what you are paying for.

Having discovered the family run Hotel Sogno three years ago we keep returning. The location on Lake Garda is sublime – one of the dining areas is even situated on decking over the water – and the atmosphere of this small hotel is comfortable and relaxed with helpful staff ever willing to ensure a happy stay.

The buffet breakfast is extensive and the a la carte meals are cooked beautifully . A bedroom – all are generous in size – with balcony overlooking the lake is favourite, so we must ensure that ours is booked before you reach for the keyboard.
