A block of 8 apartments on two levels in a secure grounds with a pool. All apartments are lake and pool side facing. Very modern apartments with oven and microwave plus dishwasher. Free WiFi available but did have troubles staying connected and not very fast. Restaurants just a hundred meters from the side gate around the marina. Car parking secure and underground. Definitely recommend.

A well presented and modern apartment. Ideal location from which to explore the lake. Equipped with all of the amenities you can ask for. Comfortable furnishings great pool and patio area. Reasonable view of the lake from the base patio but must be great from a 1st floor balcony. Boat hire and a small number of restaurants on the lakeside just a 2min stroll. Would recommend to couples and smaller families.

A very modern group of apartments (8) built to a high standard with a great view of Lake Garda across to Sirmione (particularly from the first floor balconies). Location is ideal given it is 100 yards to the port area and a 10 min walk to the village centre which has bars, restaurants, bakery and supermarket. There are also 2/3 very good restaurants in the village. There are a few small irritations with the apartments: deposit can only be paid in cash which leaves you with a load of Euros at the end of your holiday, there is only 1 sofa (a sofa bed) in the living area which means that you also need to use the dining table chairs in the evening which are not overly comfortable, the lighting in the living/kitchen area is not that strong and there is a lack of plugs in the kitchen area. Nothing too serious but it wouldn't take much to correct these areas thereby improving the overall holiday experience.

Room Tip: First floor apartments have a better view across the port/lake area.

First the positives ; very clean and upmarket apartment with high quality fittings throughout. Great fridge freezer with cool water / ice facility. Great balcony with lovely views of Lake Garda ( if you have booked a 1st floor apartment ) . Good air con. Nice pool area ( quite warm water for Italian properties ) and not at all crowded as only 8 properties on site. Very secure including the garaging ( not that the area is problematic in this respect ). Excellent fast free wifi . Good info about local area. Nice village with a couple of very decent trattorias / pizzerias within easy walking distance.

Now the negatives ; the apartments are expensive for a sleep 4 size , therefore one shouldn't have to be paying for pool towels ( 3 euros a pop ) or coffee capsules for the machine ( 1 euro ). There is a very good play + fitness area but this is only available whilst the attendant is on site ( typically 9 - 1pm, then 4 - 7pm ). This is ridiculous ! Nobody is going to injure themselves playing table football ! Also the apartments, whilst very swanky, are not very well equipped for cooking at home. Only 2 work surface sockets which are badly positioned ( so you can't use microwave, kettle, coffee machine concurrently ) and the lighting around the kitchen is quite poor so all in all not a great choice unless you are ok with eating out most of the time ( which to be fafir at local prices is no deal killer ). Also, there is only one sofa so 1 or 2 people have to sit at the dining table to watch TV in the evenings. Frustrating as there is enough room for at least a decent lounger chair. Also be aware that the 300 euro security deposit has to be paid in cash ! Finally, although the complex's position is ideal - next to the port area, be aware that there is quite a lot of activity during the day ( workshop noise and boat cranes etc ) which is right next door + diesel fumes wafting across you whilst you sunbathe - none of this is really bad but enough to be a regular irritation. Also in the evening there is a very lively bar 50m away with loud live music until 11.30pm , especially at weekends but also spasmodically during the week.

The apartments are lovely and modern, very clean, well equipped and generous in size. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good wifi.

If something negative, the boat rental in front of the balcony was not so "beautiful" ;-).
