While there are no doubt many locals who use this conveniently situated restaurant, we had an enjoyable chat with the mother and daughter on the adjoining table, who were also English. As the autumn sunshine has been great this year we chose to sit outside for lunch, and the menu of the day was very good. We were staying elsewhere so cannot rate the rooms but from what we saw this looked a good place to stay

Staff are lovely and hotel has a great vibe to it. As already mentioned 2nd time back and will not be the last. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably appointed. Huge comfortable bed and if you have a balcony with sea view its great. You get to see the mountains in the background, then the sea, the beach and finally the more that adequate pool set in the beautiful surroundings. Its a lovely relaxing atmosphere really well decorated with a mixture of beach and possibly Parisian chic. The breakfast is delish and a good selection,

Room tip: Go for sea view!

This is a very good hotel with a great position close to the large beach at Palamos. My partner and I
love the bar area and the elegant dining room. We are there on Friday
evening and had the most delicious mango and goat cheese salad. This was followed by the local fish speciality monkfish on the bone. Frankly, it was one of the best pieces of fish that I have ever eaten.
This restaurant is consistently of a high quality, not too expensive and a
delightful experience for couples. Families covering two or three generations are also comfortable eating here.

We stayed one night at hotel Trias. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the pool and sea. The hotel location was perfect, across the street from a lovely clean beach and walking distance from the main town and restaurants. The overall feel and style of the hotel is very nice and well designed. There is a nice sized pool with very comfortable outdoor dining and loungers. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with great coffee and inside a luxurious dining area. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the area - it's a gem.
