We just finished today an 8 nights vacation to Vemara club. We arrived in the hotel earlier than 14:00, but they checked us in, but we could not have the all inclusive bracelets until 14:00..
Wasnt a problem, we had very good and cheap lunch in the town. Family rooms are very big, evendough the partition wasnt done by a very good architect . Food was good, we like it, mostly cooked food, similar to romanian food. Staff very nice and helpfull, except some of the managers who felt like giving a hard time to waiters in front of the clients. Entertaintment for kids was good. Every evening at 9:30pm was a different show.

We booked the hotel via local travel agency with the idea to spend a week in rest and piece. But then all turned out a total nightmare. When we arrived the stuff wasn't completely sure in which room we should be. They made us go from one building to another with the entire luggage waiting for the cleaning lady to bring us the keys. When they finally cleared it out another problem raised – the elevator didn't work. Anyway after two hours we finally had our room. We spend the rest of day walking around, having dinner, etc. and imagine our surprise when at midnight we found a human hair on our bed sheets. The phone in the room didn't work, so we had to go to the reception (and that after we put our pajamas). Well, long story short – we waited another two hours a young receptionist to fix the problem. This is a good place to share we thought this is a 4 star hotel and the day after the bedding crisis the hotel manager told us it’s actually 3 stars and the thing they could do – offer us another “better“ room. So we packed our things and moved for 100 time. The new room wasn’t clean as well. The only difference was the view – we could see the sea.
The hotel offers a special dinner at the Panorama restaurant. I, as a vegetarian, decided to share this info and the reception lady called in front of me to the chef. Of course at the dinner there wasn’t something for me so they just filled up my plate with potatoes and salads.
In our voucher it was written we would have a free Wi-Fi in the hotel area. When we asked for the pass the receptionist told us we need to pay. After another conversation with the manager we finally got it. But then… the pass was only for one device. Even it was annoying we just couldn’t begin another fight.
I would never go to this place again. The stuff is polite, but the rooms are total mess (missing lamps and recycle bins, dirty bedding and towels, if you dare to step with bare foot on the floor you feel like you are at the beach), the drinks – unknown brands, low quality. The beach of the hotel it’s just awful. The only thing that was ok – the food. There wasn’t such a great diversity, but if you are there at the first hour you have the chance to eat.

Room Tip: Rooms looking at the pool are too loud. Every night the animation team organizes different events an...

We decided to go to the seaside of Bulgaria as we have heard very good comments about it. The beach is clean, the one 15min from hotel. The hotel is 1 star and not 4. The rooms were dirty and the food was just awful. The breakfast was supposed to finish at 10:00, at 9:50 the staff started to clean and at 9:55 there was nothing left, so better to come at 8:30.

The cocktail bar...lets just say that the name of the drinks were even unknown in Bulgaria, after drinking 1/3 of cocktail we felt very bad. As well there is any kind of bottled drinks.

The swimming pool is very small, and full of kids.

If you want to relax, run away from this hotel. If you are with the family think twice about what your childrens will eat.

I am very dissapointed and sad of spending 67euros for NOTHING!!!

I would't recommend this hotel to visitors, unless you're 60 years old and searching for a place where you just "eat" and sleep all day long!
All inclusive offer it's not what it's supposed to be for a 4 stars hotel...
The advertisement is not fair as the beach is far away, and if you want to park it's 3 leva; in addition the umbrellas for the beach are all broken, so there's no possibilty to have it from reception!
We've arrived in the evening at 18, and next day at 10 we left, without looking behind!
We found better places at reasonable prices in Romania!
