I loved our stay at this hotel because it was literally across the street from the Mon Repos Beach and a gorgeous nature trail along the water (by the Mon Repos Museum). Breakfast was provided buffet style also complete with spinich wraps, eggs, fruit, etc

We stayed at this hotel twice during a period om two weeks. The family room had two separate bedrooms which we appreciated a lot.
The first time we had a room on the 5th floor and it had a nice ocean view. The second stad the room was on the third floor. This room was recently renoveted and nicer than the one on the 5th floor. We did not see the ocean from the 3rd floor.
The hotel staff was really nice. The breakfast buffe was ok.
It was near to the beach, approx 5 min walk. About 1,5 km to the old town.

Still have rooms you can get locked in! Booked direct with hotel a month before stay. Asked for low, front room. What did I get? High, back room. These rooms are not suitable for families! If you leave your children in the room they cannot get out! Low, front rooms were modernised a few years ago and these rooms are safe.

Room Tip: high floors not safe for families

We stayed for four nights and loved the Arion. Nice staff, comfortable bed, air conditioning was a boon... what, as they often ask, is not to like? OK, weird breakfast of untypical Corfiot food - smoked cocktail sausages, frittata, olives, cheese and ham. Great Greek yoghurt, though. Clean, friendly and just a few minutes walk from traditional restaurants and the cutest beach - a real find, where happy Greek families go for a dip after work. Oh, and across the road is archaeological museum, Mon Repos, birthplace of Prince Phillip. Buses every 20 minutes into Corfu town, two minutes either side of the hotel, but walk in and get the bus back - enjoy this green and generous island.

I must say that the 4 stars are not in the right place... the rooms are too hot, the fridge looks terrible, we have winter pillows and instead of air conditioning we have a fan, at 30 degrees Celsius. Totally dissapointed!
