No Second Thought , A 3+ Star Place with a good location. Walking distance from the main market. If you happen to be there, make it a point to eat in the Hotel. Fish Tikka was mouth watering and the Quantity was enough for a person's dinner

Room Tip: Do not Choose the rooms facing toward the front Side of the Hotel. The front Side is of Glass so Heavy Light fall in early in the morning

had visited the property a number of times for various parties, its good for arranging official and family get together. they have a small boardroom like space in ground floor for kitty parties. the plus point is the location....its in the heart of the city and its not exactly on the so called main road of ranchi which is a positive part...but just parallel to it....has parking space but limited. last week had the opportunity to visit its room in 6th floor....its definitely small, but full on with amenities....properly maintained, clean and hygienic....washroom was perfect....ordered food from room service and was prompt....tandoori, indian and chinese delicacies were served ... hot, properly done and optimum taste....tandoori prawn as expected weren't that fresh.....soup was awesome....as usual its another hotel for Ranchi business travellers....worth a stay won't regret....forgot to mention the polite staff...

If Ranchi happens to be your destination - for business or pleasure, look no further than The Pinnacle. Excellent service and excellent food makes you feel at home. Do not miss the Dahi Vadas - they are simply awesome. Rooms are a little smaller but comfortable. The hotel may need to work on their plumbing as the water in the sink seems to get clogged at times. Nevertheless, if you are looking forca home away from home, then The Pinnacle is the place to be.

I stayed in this property for three nights in the month of June 2012. This is not a very old property and I think it is 18-24 months old property.
The room was good but a little small and toilet was also ok with all the necessary toletries at it's place. Towels were clean and AC was also working fine. The main problem in Ranchi is the power cut of or power fluctuation. Everytime the electricity is coming and going.

The Hotel dosent have a proper generator back up and it take times to start it and that too AC dosent work.

Food quality was not bad. We ordered for morning breakfast and snacks and we requested them to make less oily so they made it as per our choice and it was good.

The room service staffs are a bit not trained. Everytime they bring a food item they forgets something in a tray. Say for suppose we ordered for a Spring Roll but he didn't bring Ketchup along with that so he again runs to get it and by that time food gets cold. Sometime forgets to bring fork and spoon. These things should be taken care of.

The hotel has nothing else to do as it is a 25-30 rooms property. One thing I would like to tell you all who is visiting Ranchi that please arrange for a Vehicle from a travel agent whenever you go there. Because public transport is very very poor in Ranchi and no taxis are there. It's a must to have your car if you have some work over there.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay and few changes and upgradation can make the hotel perfect place to say.

Regards

Sanchit Agarwal. (Kolkata)
