An excellent hotel a few hundred yards from the beach. When you check in, you’ll be given a code for two back exits out to the main beach promenade. Less than 5 mins in either direction are smallish supermarkets, although there a dozens more within the resort. The hotel has a good sized pool, and no need to get up early to beat those that put their towels on them, as there are plenty to go round. Beach towels are provided free at reception, with a refundable deposit. Wi-Fi is also free in the reception area, but you need to pay a daily charge if you want it in your room. Also 5 mins walk along the promenade, to the right, is the bus stop, €1.40 will take you to Puerto del Carmen old town and harbour, or if you cross the road, outside The San Antonio Hotel, the same bus route (No. 03) in the opposite direction goes to Arecife and Costa Teguise for €1.80 (just pay the driver), it runs every 20 mins
We had a nice bright room on the top floor (4th) overlooking the pool and the beach. Cleaners come every day, and it has a fridge and large TV, with some UK channels.
Good selection of food and plenty variety, you’ll always find something you like. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpfulMore
