We booked through James Villas. It's situated on the quiet end of the old town. There's plenty of spots to park. You can get one car on the drive but we couldn't be bothered messing around with the gates. We had two cars and parked just outside on the one way street.
The villa is a great size and allows space amongst a larger family if wanted. The outside space around the pool is good, but you can also use the sun terrace on the roof. The bbq area is lovely to sit out of an evening to cater for yourselves. We did this one night.
The facilities are extensive: pool, hot tub, pool table, dishwasher, large fridge, cooking facilities, lots of crockery, washing machine. It was great! I think it's the first time I've gone home from holiday with almost a full bag of clean washing. The weather was hot and sunny all week and drying clothes took next to no time.
We used all 4 bedrooms. A double & twin in the main house and both annex bedrooms; double and twin. Again, this extra space was just what we needed for our family of two couples, a baby, teenage daughter and father in law. All with their own bathrooms.
The double bed we had in the annex was comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space too. The added bonus of the air conditioning was good to keep the room cool. The first night I was bitten a lot by mosquitos unfortunately as the window was open before we arrived letting in a few. First time I've ever had a problem anywhere in the canaries and also this being our third time to Lanzarote.
Cleanliness wise I thought the villa as a whole was very well kept. Maybe not so much in the annexes. The annex we had could do with a new shower curtain as it didn't appear to have been washed for some time and was discoloured, sticky & smelly and a bit grotty to be honest. The twin in the annex I thought smelt a bit musty.
The swimming pool was a decent temperature and although small, perfectly sized for our needs. We were surprised how deep the kids pool was! Too deep really.
The pool was a little cloudy. The pool guy came on Thursday and put coagulants in the skimmer basket but it didn't make much difference.
We had snags with lack of keys on our first night. This was a bit stressful as it meant we couldn't all be locked in overnight which wasn't great. The James Villa chap got on to the owners of the villa and they came round the next day with spares so we had enough.
I'd asked the rep about the wifi which is allegedly free. We couldn't get on it at all. It was a little annoying when we wanted to check out maps and restaurants, but as a whole I quietly enjoyed the lack of Internet. The family had to actually talk to each other.
Just up the road is the Spar shop which served our needs quite adequately. There's also several decent restaurants within ten minutes walk. (I'll review these as well separately).
To sum it all up, we had an excellent holiday in Lanzarote, made all the better by having a comfortable & homely villa with a decent sized living space. I would stay here again if we were all to return in the future together as a large family.

The villa is super. There is a lovely pool, jaccuzi, games room, sun terrace , BBQ area and an extremely well equipted kitchen.
There is plenty of room for privacy too, with different areas to sit and relax inside or out and aircon is available when it does get too hot!
Not far from the local supermarket and a few restaurants, but a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and its restaurants and bars.
Can recommend as a lovely holiday accommodation.
