This is a great villa but it was let down by a couple of issues. We had problems with the bathroom being flooded and the hot water not working. We were there for a long weekend and the management company are not available over the weekend unless in 'extreme emergency' which I felt neither of these problems was and therefore I didn't report them until the Monday morning when we were leaving. No apology or compensation was offered.
The villa is billed as 'luxury' which it certainly is, great space and a fantastic pool. However the towels were thin and only the minimum were provided, the kitchen was not well equipped for a group of 8 people (lacking in salad bowls, platters for meals, that sort of thing), the information folder holds vast amounts of generic information about pool safety and safe sunbathing but nothing specific to the villa or area - for instance no taxi numbers, no map, no recommendations for supermarkets or restaurants. I fed this back and the answer was that the villa is managed by the biggest management company on the island and that they provide the same towels, kitchen stuff, information for each villa. Not a great response from a customer or quality improvement point of view.
I would recommend this villa because it is in a great location and is perfect for a big group however I was disappointed by the response that I had from the management company and their lack of customer focus.
