The stay was nothing short if impressive and exquisite. Very friendly staff from the driver to the gardener and breathtaking views of the ocean, fun activities (loved the dolphins) the rooms were luxurious worth every coin. I have the experience of "Watamu tamu" ie Sweet Watamu ...i will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!!!

Was there for four nights totally worth it. Apart from the premise and the ambience, the staff were all proffesional and very very friendly. I would name them but then again would end up listing the entire team.
I would totally advise anyone up for a serene and quiet place to zone off from the hustle of day to day to visit the place.
I plan to visit again hopefully soon :-).

I took a quick weekend getaway to Watamu and had the pleasure of staying at Hemingways. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming and vibrant. My room was luxurious, with stunning ocean views and postcard sunrises! Visited a couple of restaurants in Watamu but Hemingways really was at the top of it’s league. For food lovers like myself, you’ll be spoilt for choice by chef Stephanie and the team. The bar was great and Kazungu’s dawas are a must have! The tide was too high for dolphin watching, but snorkelling was equally brilliant thanks to Kenga. A special thank you to Victor and George for making my trip all the more special. I’ll be back!
