Very accomodating staff; very clean and accessible. Check in was easy and check out was the same. Offered a late check out which was great and lots of parking along with a clean pool and clean carpets.

This place is amazing in its beauty and the quality of the people who work there.
The reception staff in amazing management of a Jenna Herzog Sarah Lechard. Gypsy and amazing Scott always help 5 star service without a doubt. The hotel is run as a category 2 luxury hotel.
The breakfast is amazing thanks to a team of amazing waiters, nice, always chatting and helping, the rooms are always clean, room service to the level of a luxury hotel in BH style.
I left yesterday and already want to go back, the atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful. A stylish hotel in classic modernity and a bar. Rooms face the hotel space and allow for a pastoral atmosphere.

Run down hotel, dirty room with leaky windows. Breakfast was awful - 25 dollar buffet with french toast that was hard as a rock. I asked for a comforter (which were not provided) and they sent two blankets. I have stayed at many Hyatts and this was by far the worst.

I recently traveled to Princeton for business. The service, pleasant staff, quality of food, available options of food, cleanliness and pleasant staff were such a pleasure to experience. I have stayed in a number of hotels and this is one of my favorite ones. It's not next to a mountain or the ocean, but it is a joyful experience to be where things work and around positive people who take pride in their work.

The hotel is in a great location, the accommodations, amenities and staff were excellent. We were there for a cheerleading competition and they even adjusted their buffet menu to accommodate a bunch of pre-teen and teenage girls/boys. Very responsive to requests.
